At Auren Scent, we are committed to delivering premium-quality inspired fragrances. Every order is carefully prepared, quality checked, and packaged before dispatch to ensure you receive your fragrance in perfect condition.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Fragrances with broken seals
• Products purchased by mistake
• Products where the customer no longer wants the item
• Fragrances that do not meet personal scent preferences

Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Faulty
• Leaking
• Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable remedy in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.

Return Approval

Do not return any product without first contacting our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

As a general policy, Auren Scent does not offer refunds.

If a refund is required under applicable South African consumer protection laws, it will be processed to the original payment method once the claim has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered our preparation process.

Once an order has been prepared, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Fragrance Performance

Fragrance longevity and projection may vary depending on individual skin chemistry, climate, application method, and storage conditions. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect and are therefore not grounds for a return or refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation. Where the law provides additional rights or remedies, those rights will apply.
